These Terms explain how you may use Tiny Tummy and the Tiny Tummy website. By using Tiny Tummy, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Tiny Tummy
Tiny Tummy is a personal baby logging app for parents and caregivers. It helps you record poops, feeds, sleep, symptoms, health episodes, growth, milestones, notes, reminders, and reports.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding how to use it. Tiny Tummy can make records easier to review, but it cannot know everything about your child or your family's circumstances.
Medical disclaimer
Tiny Tummy is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis service, treatment plan, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
The app may help you log information and identify patterns, but patterns are not diagnoses. Do not ignore, delay, or avoid medical care because of something you see or do not see in Tiny Tummy. If you are worried about your child, contact your doctor, pediatrician, nurse line, or other qualified health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Privacy and local data
Tiny Tummy is designed to work offline and store app data on your device. Your use of Tiny Tummy is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your device security, backups, exports, and any reports you choose to share with another person or service.
Purchases
Tiny Tummy is offered as a one-time purchase where supported. App store purchases, receipts, taxes, refunds, and restore flows are handled by the app store where you bought the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Tiny Tummy, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, interfere with the website or app, violate applicable law, or use Tiny Tummy to harm another person.
Intellectual property
Tiny Tummy, the logo, product design, text, illustrations, and app experience belong to Tiny Tummy or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial baby care logging, but you may not copy or reuse the product assets except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or remove parts of Tiny Tummy over time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit every family's needs.
Warranty and liability
Tiny Tummy is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tiny Tummy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
